The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) was established in 1975 by Dr. Antonio L. Tamayo and Dr. Daisy Moran Tamayo. The university was founded with the vision of providing quality, values-based education that develops competent professionals and responsible global citizens.
